@djsundog sometimes it's not so much "question if we actually need this bad webshit" as "question if the underlying project, or new development therein, is even of value, if it is so inextricably connected to such things"

@carcinopithecus exactly! and honestly it's kind of an ironic blind spot for certain project devs to have when they shun other open source projects due to the devs having horrible politics. like, giving the shitcorp a pass over the shitlords is not really doing anything.
