'real name' is a fake concept. people have always had multiple names. accepting the name in your official records as any more 'real' than any other you choose to be addressed by is merely acceding to capital's control over your reality

"the real name that i have on my driver's licence"

"the way my name is formatted on my driver's licence"

"the name used for legal correspondence in this jursidiction" <--this one can be surprisingly inconsistent between jurisdictions even in the same country

"in accordance with the [name of legislation that enables the registry in your jurisdiction], my name on record"

[an affidavit with a table of names & docs they're found on and how to identify them - i use this a lot @work irl]
